OAcademy Conservatory of Music uses technology to break down geographic and economic barriers to world-class musical training. As Academic Lead for the León Spierer Orchestra Institute—a graduate-level training programme for emerging orchestral players—Cayenna works with an international faculty of performers from the world’s leading orchestras including the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Mahler Chamber Orchestra and the National Symphony Orchestra of Mexico. She focuses on delivering a curriculum that integrates professional orchestral practice with research-informed approaches to performance, leadership, and musical collaboration.
